These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of statiks.com and your subscription to the static ad creative production services (the "Services") offered by STATIKS Kft. ("STATIKS," "we," "us," or "our"), registered at [INSERT REGISTERED ADDRESS], company registration number [INSERT REGISTRATION NUMBER]. By booking a call, signing up for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
STATIKS provides static ad creative — concept, copywriting, and design — delivered on a recurring subscription basis. The Services do not include video, UGC, paid media buying, or ad account management unless separately agreed in writing.
Current plans, monthly creative volumes, and flat fees are listed at statiks.com/#pricing and may be updated from time to time. Your plan and fee are confirmed during onboarding. Pricing is billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
One creative is one unique ad design. Up to 3 aspect-ratio resizes and 2 copy variants of the same design are included and do not count as additional creatives. A new concept, layout, or angle counts as a new creative.
Invoices are issued via [INSERT INVOICING PROVIDER, e.g. Számlázz.hu] and are due on the billing date shown on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The Services are billed month-to-month with no long-term contract. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, except as described in Section 8.
Revisions on delivered creative are unlimited within the scope of the original brief. We will keep adjusting a given creative until you approve it. Requests that amount to an entirely new concept are treated as a new creative under Section 4.
Your first batch of creative is delivered within 5 business days of completed onboarding. Every batch after that is delivered within 48 hours of the agreed delivery point. If we miss an agreed delivery deadline, the billing period in which the deadline was missed is provided at no charge.
Upon full payment for the billing period in which a creative was delivered, ownership of that creative and all associated usage rights transfer to you. Until payment is received, all creative remains the property of STATIKS. We reserve the right to display delivered work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
To meet delivery timelines, you agree to provide brand assets, product information, and feedback in a timely manner, and to ensure any information, images, or claims you supply for use in creative are accurate and that you hold the necessary rights to them.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the purpose of delivering or receiving the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STATIKS's total liability arising from or related to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the billing period giving rise to the claim. STATIKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost advertising spend.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time in accordance with Section 6. We may suspend or terminate the Services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay outstanding fees.
